I created this walk through with a focus on the use of technology in the classroom. In my schools the teachers do weekly walk throughs to a.) glean practices and methods from other teachers, b.) be a new pair of eyes on problem areas. After completing the CWT teacher as asked to email that teacher and cc me with three things they observed that they really liked and a suggestion for ways to improve one thing they viewed as a real problem. For so long teachers went in their classroom, closed the door and taught. Now, we need to collaborate, be innovative, be creative, and be a real team player.
